Technology rarely moves in unexpected directions; we must not follow the herd and work only with slow and consistent growth in mind. While ten percent annual growth may be comfortable for established teams, it is unacceptable for innovation teams. Technological leaps must represent growth of more than 100%, always aiming for expansion to 1000% in any area: revenue, performance, products, marketing, or user base growth. I am capable of helping your company and teams achieve the unimaginable for those unfamiliar with innovation management tools. For me, thinking outside the box means not being limited by industry standards (our competitors) or confusing government legislation.
