Disponibile una stanza dal 1° febbraio! (Un'altra stanza nell'appartamento sarà disponibile da gennaio, se ti interessa, scrivimi! :) Visite possibili: tra il 16 e il 18 dicembre. In un ambiente tranquillo e residenziale, si affitta una stanza a 20 minuti a piedi / 7 minuti in bici dalla Facoltà di Psicologia. L'appartamento ha 3 stanze, due saranno disponibili, e nella terza vive una studentessa molto simpatica :) L'appartamento dispone di 3 stanze e 2 bagni. L'affitto è gestito tramite un'agenzia e cerchiamo qualcuno che subentri al nostro posto. Per entrare è richiesta una cauzione pari a 3 mesi di affitto :) A room is available from February 1st! (Another room in the apartment will be available from January; if you're interested, let me know! :) Viewings possible: between December 16th and 18th. In a cozy suburban area, a room is for rent, 20 minutes on foot / 7 minutes by bike from the Faculty of Psychology. The apartment has 3 rooms; two will be available, and in the third, a very nice female student lives :) The apartment includes 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The lease is managed through an agency, and we are looking for someone to take over our place. A 3-month deposit is required upon moving in :)
